What is the simple past

The Simple Past is used to talk about actions or situations in the past. The simple past expresses an action in the past taking place once, never, several times. It can also be used for actions taking place one after another or in the middle of another action.

EXAMPLES

  • 1) Camilo  didn't work last week in the traded share.
  • 2)Sheila got up at 7 am, and  went to work at 9 am  a the company.
  • 3)He lost the Credit Card.
